BVR Cable

BVR cable are flexible wires dedicated to power distribution cabinets, also called secondary wires. The insulated flexible wire made of copper core PVC is used when fixed wiring is required. It is widely loved by most electricians and architectural decorators. The meaning of the model is that the first B means fixed installation: L means aluminum core (copper core has no indication); the first V means polyvinyl chloride insulation; the second V means polyvinyl chloride sheath; the second B means parallel ( Round type has no indication); R means flexible wire.

BVR cable technical data

Product structure: conductor + insulation. The main conductor material is mostly oxygen-free copper, composed of multiple strands of copper wire, and the insulation is PVC;

Rated voltage: The wire is immersed in water for 1 hour, and it is tested for 5 minutes at AC 50Hz 2500V (450/750V), 2000V (300/500V), and there is no fault.

Working temperature: the maximum temperature of normal working is not more than 70°C, the maximum working temperature of BVR-105 is 105°C, and the laying temperature of wires shall not be lower than 0°C;

Color: red, yellow, blue, green, black, brown, yellow-green, white, etc., can be customized according to requirements;

Uses: Suitable for AC rated voltage 450/750V and below power, household appliances, instruments and telecommunication equipment, etc., and for various mechanical equipment, with strong bending force.
