PVC Insulated Wire

PVC Insulated Wire
PVC insulated wire is suitable for the fixed laying of power plants with AC voltage of 450/750V and below. Long-term allowable working temperature: BVC-105 type does not exceed 105℃; others do not exceed 70℃. The wiring temperature is not lower than 0℃. This type of insulated wire mainly includes: BV BLV BVR BVV BLVV BVVB BLVVB BV-105, etc. The meaning of the model is the first B means fixed laying: L means aluminum core (copper core is not indicated); the first V means PVC insulated ; The second V stands for PVC sheath; the second B stands for parallel (no indication for round type); R stands for flexible wire.

Why does the electrical industry need PVC insulated wires?

PVC cable application
Installed in surface-mounted or embedded ducts or similar enclosed systems, and fixed protection installed in or above lighting devices and indoor electrical appliances, switch devices and control devices. Green/yellow serves as the ground wire. Insulated conductors are used for laying in electrical installation pipes, in dry rooms and under plaster, and in dry rooms and in closed installation pipes. It is not allowed to lay directly in the cable duct. Used for the internal wiring of distribution boxes and distribution box equipment, the same as the protective layout, used for nominal voltage up to 1000 V AC or up to 750 V DC to ground lighting.
