This cable provides a reliable and cost-effective way for this critical oil production equipment. ESP cable has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, high resistance to corrosive chemical environment, processing flexibility and easy operation. The operating environment requires installation and maintenance.

Conductor: solid bare copper wire according to ASTM B3
Insulation layer: •The insulation layer is a special compound oil-resistant EPDM rubber with proven electrical properties
Sheath: •The oil-resistant nitrile sheath is used to protect the insulation and provide protection under gas, heat and pressure
Barrier: •Bedding protect the jacket with tape. Rubber dipped/woven fabric
Armor: • Interlocking profiles, corrosion-resistant galvanized steel. Where additional protection is required, double armor can be provided. Options: •Stainless steel armor for added protection in wells with high H2S and CO2 content•Monel armor for maximum protection in wells with high H2S and CO2 content
Application
Oil Pump Cable is used as a power cable for submersible pump units fixed in oil wells on offshore land or on platforms. The cable has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
