Shipboard Cable

Shipboard Cable
Shipboard cable, submarine cables are part of our large number of wires. Hold one company provides a variety of marine wire and cable , suitable for various marine applications. Our marine cables can be used for general circuit wiring in marine applications in environments up to 105 degrees Celsius. Our flat multi-conductor marine cables can be used for marine cables and brake cables.

2. Provide armored and non-armored power cords.
3. Rated voltage: 0.6/1kv 3.6/6kv 6/10kv 8.7/15kv 26/35kv
4. PVC or XLPE insulation.
5. Standard: IEC, BS, ASTM, NFC, AS, GOST, etc., or other special characteristics required by customers.
6. The maximum long-term working temperature of PVC insulated cable is 70°C, XLPE 90°C
7. The cable installation temperature shall not be lower than 0°C
8. The maximum short-circuit temperature is: PVC does not exceed 160°C, XLPE 250°C, and does not exceed 5 seconds9. Allowable bending radius cable: no less than 10 D times (D: external diameter of the cable)
Shipboard cable advantages
1. Take up a small area. It is usually buried in the soil or indoors. In trenches and tunnels, the insulation distance between the lines is very small, there is no tower used, and it takes up less land and basically does not take up ground space.
2. High reliability. Affected by weather conditions and surrounding environment, the transmission performance is stable and the reliability is high.
3. The development conditions for ultra-high voltage, large-capacity cables such as ultra-high voltage, low temperature, and superconducting cables are relatively superior.
4. Large distributed capacitors.
5. Low maintenance workload.
6. The possibility of electric shock is small.
